Wintech Adds Waterjet CuttingWintech has added a new manufacturing technology to our list of capabilities. We now offer precision Waterjet cutting through our sister company, ANP Manufacturing Services. We work hand in glove with ANP to integrate this cutting-edge technology into our manufacturing operations at Wintech. Abrasive Waterjet cutting uses a combination of water and garnet particles to create a 60,000-psi erosion stream traveling at 2.5 times the speed of sound. ANP’s Waterjet machines deliver virtually taper-free edges and dimensional tolerances within ±.005”. We can cut almost any material from metals to plastics to carbon-fiber composites up to 8” thick. Waterjet cutting is just the latest addition to our growing list of manufacturing capabilities at Wintech Industries. |
